Isolator is designed to limit laying of eggs by the queen and to obtain a single-age brood, that is necessary for the breeding of queens. It consists of a hive body and a lid. Frame of the hive body and lid is made of zinked steel, side walls of the hive body are made of the zinked steel wire mesh. In the isolator is placed one nesting honeycomb from the hive Dadan.
